هشدار به متقاضيان شرکت در آزمون هاي بين المللي

به اطلاع متقاضيان شركت در آزمون هاي بين المللي نظير TOEFL ، GRE،IELTS و ... مي رساند با توجه به وجود تعدادي افراد و شركت هاي سود جو كه با تبليغات و وعده هاي واهي مبني بر اخذ مدارك مورد نظر، با مشخصات داوطلب اقدام به كلاهبرداري و اخذ مبالغ قابل توجهي از اين افراد مي نمايند، اين سازمان به عنوان ناظر آزمون هاي بين المللي در كشور، ضمن برخورد قانوني و معرفي اين مراكز به مراجع قضائي، موارد ذيل را براي اطلاع متقاضيان يادآوري مي نمايد:
1. تنها مداركي از طريق اين سازمان مورد گواهي و تأييد قرار خواهند گرفت، كه قبلاً مجري آزمون از سوي اين سازمان، مجوز برگزاري آن را دريافت نموده باشد؛ لذا قبل از پرداخت هرگونه وجه از طريق سايت سازمان سنجش آموزش كشور (بخش آزمون هاي بين الملل) نسبت به مجاز بودن آن مركز اطمينان حاصل نماييد.
2. با داوطلباني كه مرتكب تخلف شوند برابر قانون برخورد خواهد شد و مشخصات آنان در فهرست متخلفان آزمون هاي اين سازمان قرار خواهد گرفت. ضمناً اين داوطلبان از 2 تا 10 سال از شركت در آزمون هايي كه اين سازمان برگزار مي نمايد يا ناظر آن است، محروم خواهند شد. همچنين در صورتي كه متخلفان در طول محروميت اقدام به ثبت نام در يكي از مراكز نمايند، در هر مرحله از مراحل آزمون، از شركت آنان در آزمون جلوگيري به عمل خواهد آمد.
3. مراكز برگزاري آزمون ها موظف به رعايت قوانين بوده و بايستي از ثبت نام اين افراد خودداري نمايند و در صورت تخلف، مجوز آنان لغو مي گردد.
4. داوطلباني كه با جعل مدارك هويتي سعي در گمراه نمودن مجريان آزمون نمايند و در آن شركت كنند و تخلف آنان (حتي پس از دريافت مدرك ) اثبات گردد، برابر مقررات برگزاري آزمون ها، مدارك مربوط به آنها باطل و از شركت در آزمون ها به مدت 2 تا10سال محروم خواهند شد و با توجه به اينكه جعل هرگونه اسناد دولتي و استفاده از سند مجعول و شركت كردن به جاي داوطلب اصلي، برابر قانون مجازات اسلامي (تعزيرات مصوب 1375) جرم تلقي مي شود و مجازات كيفري به همراه خواهد داشت، اين گروه از متخلفان براي صدور احكام قضائي به مراجع قضائي معرفي مي گردند.
يادآور مي شود كه براساس قوانين مؤسسات صاحب امتياز آزمون هاي بين المللي، كليه مراحل ثبت نام آزمون ها بايستي شخصاَ توسط شخص متقاضي انجام شود و در صورت عدم رعايت شرايط ثبت نام، از شركت متقاضي در آزمون ممانعت به عمل خواهد آمد و در صورت مشاهده هرگونه تخلف در اين زمينه با افراد يا شركت هاي سودجو كه به روش هاي مختلف اقدام به ثبت نام متقاضيان در آزمون هاي بين المللي مي نمايند برخورد قانوني خواهد شد.

پی نوشت: این اطلاعیه در حالی عنوان شده که برخلاف آیلس که پرداخت ریالی امکان پذیر است، آزمون های تافل و GRE یا باید به وسیله ی شرکت ها انجام شود که غیر قانونی است
یا باید از طریق خرید ووچر انجام شود که سازمان سنجش فروش ووچر ندارد و فقط تعداد اندکی از مراکز ووچر در اختیار شما قرار میدهند.

ETS هزینه ی Reschedule آزمون تافل رو Waive کرده و برای یک سری از کشور ها آزمون نافل در منزل رو اجرایی کرده هم تافل و هم GRE.
امیدوارم که این موضوع به ایران نیز راه پیدا کنه.
NEW: At Home Testing for the TOEFL iBT[sup]®[/sup] Test
ETS has announced an at home testing solution for the TOEFL iBT test for students who have been affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19). Monitoring of the test will be conducted using live remote proctors by ProctorU[sup]®[/sup], the leading proctoring solution for online testing.
The TOEFL iBT Special Home Edition test is available from March 23 (13:00 UTC) in selected countries where students can take the test at home beginning Thursday, March 26.
We are continuing to assess the impact of the pandemic on test centers worldwide and are working to make the solution available in additional locations impacted by the pandemic.
The test is identical in content, format, on-screen experience and scoring to the TOEFL iBT test taken at a test center. It is monitored online by a trained human proctor from start to finish to maintain test security.

Test Postponements and Rescheduling
Due to concern for the health and safety of students and staff, TOEFL[sup]®[/sup] test administrations have been postponed in some locations. In each case, the decision to postpone testing has been made in collaboration with country governments, test centers or other partners on the ground.
Rescheduling fees waived
To assist test takers during this time, ETS is waiving all rescheduling fees. If your TOEFL iBT[sup]®[/sup] test appointment is postponed, you will be notified by email and your test will be rescheduled in your account. Check your account and your email regularly to confirm your testing status.
If your TOEFL iBT test appointment is not postponed but you would like to reschedule, you must contact TOEFL Services directly via one of the options below. You cannot reschedule your test in your ETS account without incurring a fee.

ETS اعلام کرده که تافل و GRE در منزل برای ایران در حال راه اندازی است.
ETS has expanded the availability of the TOEFL iBT[sup]®[/sup] Special Home Edition test to everywhere that TOEFL iBT testing is normally available, with the exception of Mainland China and Iran. In Mainland China, ETS is working closely with NEEA to accommodate test takers impacted by test cancellations, including adding test dates once regular testing resumes.
