Dear Karim,

Thank you for your interest in our program. Our
graduate committee will accept students into our graduate program early
in February 2013. Those students that join our program will then rotate
through three or more labs before the students join a specific lab.
Because our 2012 students have not yet been placed in labs, I do not
know whether I will be able to accept a student from the 2013 class.

We do not fund graduate students as TAs in our department. Admitted
students are funded as RAs. Many are subsequently funded by individual
fellowships. Applications are submitted directly to our program, not
through individual professors. Good luck.
