نظرخواهی در مورد متن ایمیل به استادان

سلام

میخواستم ببینم برای استادی که قبلا گفته که شاید در آینده فاند داشته باشم و الان من میدونم که نداره، این ایمیل رو بزنم خوبه:

I am applying to XXX. I wanted to inform you that another paper from my master thesis was publisehd me published (link). In addition, another paper which I worked on it for translation and some other works was accepted in Frontiers Energy Journal. I think considering my high grade in speaking skill of toefl and my 7-8 courses teaching at and out of university and my TA expericence, I may be offered a TA position by your department for which I will contact Dr. YYY. I wanted to have you permission to write your name in my SOP.

البته بگم که خود استاده در مورد اینکه فاند TA هم هست قبلا بهم گفته بود. بعلاوه من میدونم که فاندهای TA تو اون دانشگاهو Dr. YYY تعیین میکنه. در مورد اجازش برای sop هم نظرتونو میخواستم.

اگه میشه لطف کنین اگه جمله ای بهتر هم میشه revise کنین.

تفکرات شما در مورد اینکه نمرات بالاتون به چه جیزی منجر میشه برای استاد و دیگران خیلی اهمیتی نخواهد داشت...
جملاتتون رو باید طوری بنویسید که برداشت obligation یا arrogance از اون نشه...

پیشنهاد من چنین بیانی هست:

I am just realizing the application for PPP program at UUU university. I would like to inform you about my most-recent published paper, stemmed from my M.Sc. thesis (heyperlink). Moreover, I need to mention another paper,accepted in Frontiers Energy Journal. With due attention to my intense need to financial support, considering both my high speaking skill score and my experiences to handle 8 TA classes at my former university, would you please, kindly, assess my chance to be elected for a TA position in the target program?
Furthermore, I am going to cite your name within my SoP, by your permision
