راهنمایی در مورد پاسخ دادن به فیلد (بخش) خاصی در فرم

من در حال پر کردن فرم های new mexico state university هستم. در مورد 3 سوال زیر مطمئن نیستم:

*Citizenship
گزینه دوم یا سوم؟
-US Citizen
-Foreign Citizen (Passport and visa will be requested as needed.)
-Other Immigrant Status (Non-U.S. Citizen)
-Permanent Resident (Submit copy of I-551 to Admissions.)



Students must be eligible to return to their last institution in order to be admitted to NMSU.

به خصوص منظور از سوال آخر چیه؟
