سلام دوستان
من جدیدا از یه دانشگاهی پذیرش بدون فاند گرفتم.
استادی که قرار باهاش کار کنم در جواب من برای درخواست فاند این جواب رو داده. به نظر شما چقدر میشه امید داشت(با توجه به لحن صحبتش)، بعد از رسیدن به اونجا به ادم فاند بده

Generally, MS students are not promised any funding. You need to be present on campus to find RA/TA as they are very competitive and it is possible to find some assistantship. The decision on these are made a couple of weeks before every semester. We don't guarantee any funding to newly admitted students because: 1) unless they don't show up, we are not sure if they decide to join, 2) we don't know them and therefore, we are uncertain how they perform.
Having said that, many qualified students have been funded by my research in the past.
