If I have funds to support fully, then, I can consider to provide all tuition. However, I have a fund to support a student, only stipends and insurance as a RA, since a RA works for research, a tuition will be reduced from $10,084 to $4,846 / semester.
That tuition needs to be paid by a student. Please let me know whether you are interested in that position.
FYI, when I was a graduate student, I also paid tuition by myself as an international student.

Since you mentioned that you could apply for summer semester if tuition could be waived, since resident tuition needs to be paid, not waived, may I assume that you are not interested in, right ?
