Cancel or Change Your Registration
After you mail in your registration form, you cannot cancel your registration or reschedule your test date.
You can apply for a partial refund of half the registration fee if you do not take the test and do not wish to register for another test date.
To request a refund:
* Complete the Refund Request Form (PDF).
* Send the form and your admission ticket within 60 days of your test date to:

Refunds to Credit/Debit Card or E-check
A refund will be credited back to the original credit card account.
Refunds for Payment by Personal Check
If original payment was drawn on a U.S. bank, please allow eight weeks for processing. If original payment was made in non-U.S. funds drawn on a bank outside the U.S., allow 12 weeks.
