گرفتن وقت از سفارت آمریکا در باکو

دوستانی که در جریان گرفتن وقت سفارت هستند، می‌دونید که ایرانی‌ها هنوز می‌تونند از باکو وقت بگیرند یا خیر؟
متن زیر در وب‌سایت سفارت نوشته شده که من رو به شک انداخت، اما متن خیلی واضح نیست که آیا فقط در بازه زمانی گفته شده ایرانی‌ها نمی‌تونند از باکو اقدام کنند یا این که کلا دیگه نمی‌تونند.

The U.S. Embassy in Baku will not offer nonimmigrant visa appointments to non-residents from June 23 through August  11, 2016.   Iranian citizens seeking nonimmigrant visa services should complete their non-immigrant visa interviews at the embassies and consulates designated for Iranian applicant interviews.  Those include the U.S. diplomatic posts in Armenia, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates.  The U.S. Embassy in Baku is not a designated Iranian processing post.

به احتمال زیاد اون واسه اون تاریخها بوده و الان میشه اقدام کرد منتهی وقت باز خیلی سخت پیدا میشه و دوستانی که چند ماهه چک کردن وقت ازادی گیرشون نیومده. حالا شاید هنوز هم بسته است.
