گرفتن وقت از سفارت هلند

سلام ممنون میشم دوستان راهنمایی کنند. من برای گرفتن وقت سفارت هلند ایمیل زدم، چند دقیقه بعدش دوتا ایمیل اومد با چنین متنی:
ایمیل اول:

Due to the high number of requests, we cannot accommodate appointment requests at short notice.

 

Please send an e-mail (in English) with :

1. date of your scheduled travel
2. purpose of your scheduled visit (visit to family/friends – business visa – tourist visa)
3. family name
4. given names 
5. passport number
6. telephone number where you can be reached

 

Please send your e-mail only once


For your information:
- If the requested information (number 1-6) is not complete, you will NOT receive an appointment date and time.
- The appointment date and time that you will receive can NOT be changed. Please mention preferred dates for your appointment in your e-mail message.

If you want to make an appointment for MVV, Dutch travel documents, consular statements, legalizations please send an e-mail (in English) toTEH-APP@minbuza.nl with :
1. requested consular service (MVV – Dutch passport – consular statement – legalisation)
2. family name

5. telephone number where you can be reached
