سلام من از یکی از اساتید ایرانی دانشگاه سن دیه گو همچین ایمیلی دریافت کردم:
Soheil,
You have a solid academic background. However, considering the fact that you have not finished your Master's degree yet and our admission office needs to receive all your supporting documents including official MSc and BSc certificates and transcripts before Feb. 15th, 2017, I am concerned that you could not meet the deadline. The University is now closed for new year holidays and will be re-opened after Jan. 17. Please confirm if you can get all necessary documents by then. If so, we can set a phone interview and go from there. You may see the following link for further detailed information
من هنوز دانشجو هستم و شاید ماه بعد دفاع کنم. به نظرتون راهی هست که بشه دانشگاه رو راضی کرد فعلا مدرک ارشد رو نخواهند؟ کسی همچین موردی را داشته است تا به حال؟
