گرفتن وقت از سفارت هلند

سلام دوستان 
 من برای گرفتن وقت مصاحبه  به سفارت با این آدرس ایمیل زدم teh-app@minbuza.nl بلافاصله ایمیل زیر برام اومد اما بعد گذشت 10 روز هنوز هیچ ایمیلی برای تعیین وقت مصاحبه دریافت نکردم اطلاعات من در ایمیل ارسالی ام کامل بود در خواست من برای گرفتن ویزا برای یه گذراندن یه دوره کتاه در هلند بود.
لطفا راهنمایی کنید دوستان.
