گرفتن وقت از سفارت هلند

سلام روز بخیر
من شنبه درخواست وقت رو برای سفارت ایمیل زدم برای من هم همین ایمیل اومد
یعنی واقعا چی؟
اگه ممکنه کلا بعد 10 روز جواب نیاد تا از این آژانس هایی که هزینه برای دریافت وقت می گیرن اقدام کنم
