licentiate در دیکشنری یعنی A degree from certain European and Canadian universities ranking just below that of a doctor.،
یعنی کسی که licentiate باشه، مدرک دکتری نمی گیره؟ مدرک پایین تر از دکتری یعنی چی؟ بین مستر و دکتری؟
PEng هم مثل D.Eng هست؟
