به Graduate coordinator یک دانشگاه تو امریکا در رابطه با فاند ایمیل زدم،این جواب داد

Dear X,

The deadline for financial aid
considerations for new applicants for Fall 2012 is Mar. 15, 2012. We
have many international applicants seeking financial aid, and as a
consequence requirements for being awarded aid are quite stringent. In
general, we require higher than 1250 composite GRE score (old scoring
system) with higher than 780 on the quantitative portion. In addition,
we require higher than 90 on the TOEFL. I should also emphasize that
the stated scores do not guarantee that an applicant will receive
financial aid. Such aid is very competitive and is generally offered to
those with the highest scores. The stated scores are the minimum for
consideration.

نمره GRE من 1100 هست.رزومه رو واسش فرستادم ولی جوابی بهم نداد.برای این دانشگاه اپلای نکنم بهتره؟

در مورد بقیه رزومه خودتون منطقی قضاوت کنید. ببینید اگر جای اونها بودید احتمال پذیرش بود یا نه !!

اگر فکر می کنید بقیه رزومه چشم گیر هست و اینکه تونستید با استادی تماس دلگرم کننده ای برقرار کنید و با در نظر گرفتن میزان Application Fee (شاید برای دوستان مهم نباشه ولی من همیشه برام مهم هست !) اپلای کنید درغیر اینصورت چشم پوشی کنید.
