من متن هر سه ایمیل که من به استاد فرستادم و جواب هاشون رو اینجا می زارم و از دوستان تقاضا دارم راهنماییم کنن تا وقتم رو الکی هدر ندم.
ایمیل اول و جوا استاد:

I am xxx a previous M.Sc student in xx in the field of communication. I was graduated at August 2011. My GPA was 18.33 out of 20. Now I am with xx . I sent this email to you, since I planned to apply for PhD degree for September 2013. I am interested in conducting research within the areas of data hiding algorithms and watermarking. I am working on robust image watermarking and reversible data hiding at xx as a member of a research group in xx. My contract will be ended in May,2013. To be honest I almost like anything related to image watermarking in all of it's aspects (robust, fargile, semi fargile and reversible).
I am really eager to know your opinion regarding my chance in joining your group for september 2013. Especially it would be very kind of you to let me know if I have the chance to become a member of your group as a prospective PhD student how much fund per year can you give me in xx university as a Ph.D student. Can this fund cover all of my tuition and living costs in xx?

Hi, your admission will be decided by a committee. Once admitted, you will have full scholarship provided by the University which is more than sufficient to cover everything. Wish you all the best. –xx

دوستان من خیلی تازه کار هستم. لطفاً راهنماییم کنید که الان دقیقاً منظور این استاد چیه؟ دانشگاش آسیایی هست و رنکش هم بدک نیست و خودم نگرشم اینه که اینا میگن همه رو تشویق به اپلای کنیم و یه پولی بدست بیاریم حالا بالاخره یک سری رو می گیریم دیگه. پس تعداد اپلای ها هر چی بیشتر بتر ولی تعداد دانشجو و فاند ثابت. چون بالاخره یه استادی که با خوندن رزومه متوسط من اینقدر سریع جواب میده نمیشه رو حرفش زیاد حساب باز کرد.
حالا من خودم به ذهنم دو تا راهکار رسیده:
1-بهش بگم میخام زنگ بزنم و درباره درصد شانس پذیرش باهات صحبت کنم
2-یه مقاله دارم میدم که اونم توی اونژرونال داور بوده. براش بفرستم مقاله رو و سعی کنم از همین طریق رابطه ام رو باهاش حفظ کنم.
ممنون میشم دوستان راهنمایی جامعی بکنند تا ما هم دیگه رو غلطک بیفتیم.
