پژمان جان احتمال زیاد این قانون شامل شما نمیشه چون خیلی از بچه هایی که ماههای قبل برای ویزا اقدام کردن طی همین یکی دو هفته اخیر کلیر شدن! تا همین یک ماه پیش نفت جز امن ترین رشته های مهندسی در زمینه ویزا محسوب میشد و حتی یک مورد ریجکت کلیرنس نفت رو نشنیده بودم! به هرحال هنوزم امیدوارم این اتفاق نیفته! من از این استاد در رابطه با اینکه دقیقا این قانون شامل نفتی ها میشه یا نه پرسیدم که جوابش رو اینجا میزارم.

We were advised that anything related to energy engineering would affect Iranian
students which would include petroleum engineering. Different universities may have
different interpretations. You probably want to find and read the exact language of
the act of yourself.
