سوالات پیرامون ارسال ریزنمرات و مدارک تحصیلی

سلام
من برای فوق لیسانس دارم اقدام می کنم و یکی از دانشگاه ها چنین مدرکی رو درخواست کرده :

• Information about grading system
  Applicants with a university degree from outside of Germany have to hand in information about the grading system of their undergraduate degree. This information can be either included on the transcript or has to be officially confirmed by the respective university. The following information is required: 1. highest possible grade in the grading system, 2. the minimum passing grade for graduation, 3. the current GPA (if available).می خواستم بدونم کسی از دوستان تجربه گرفتن چنین برگه ای رو از دانشگاه های دولتی داره و اگه پاسخ مثبته تحت چه عنوانی؟ و اگه پاسخ منفیه باید از آموزش چه برگه ای رو درخواست بدم؟
