تبریک بابت پذیرشتون، نمی دونم منظور از سوالتون این بوده که کلا شهریه رو کی و کجا باید پرداخت کنید یا اینکه چیزه دیگه؟اما بنا بر اطلاعاتی که من می بینیم شما قبل از اقدام برای ویزا باید شهریه رو بابت ترم اول به حسابشون واریز کنید.
Payment of tuition fees
If you are required to pay tuition fees in Sweden, your first invoice will be distributed during the first week of May 2011 through the Student Portal. Please note that you will need to pay this first installment before 15 June 2011 in order to apply for and secure a residence permit before the semester starts.

در مورد خونه هم فقط به این معنی هستش که به شما خونه میرسه، اما پولشو خودتون باید بدید:
Housing guarantee conditions
The housing guarantee means that you are guaranteed to receive a housing offer from the International Housing Office at Lund University. As a non-EU/EEA student required to pay tuition fees, you will be able to keep your housing for the normal duration of the Master’s or Bachelor’s programme to which you are admitted (1-3 years). However, in order to keep your housing guarantee the following conditions apply:
You accept the housing offer given by IHO
Payment of the first rent installment is made on time (one month’s rent, normally SEK 3500-4500)
Payment of the remaining rent installments and tuition fees are made on time
You do not cancel your housing contract during your study period
You fulfill the rental terms and conditions of the accommodation
