3 year PhD[/align][align=-webkit-auto]The School is pleased to offer one funded studentship for doctoral research to begin in November 2013, to explore the housing needs of one of the fastest-growing groups in the UK housing market. You will be working in a rich research environment to explore the current housing and socio-economic circumstances of older people in the UK. It also offers opportunities for broader professional development through placements with the sponsor organisation,[/align][align=-webkit-auto]Value of the award and eligibility
This studentship is offered for a three year period. The total award value is in the form of a tax-free bursary of £15,000 p.a. and this will cover fees, living costs, and some research expenses.
Please note: International students are eligible to apply for the award, however, a successful non-EU applicant will therefore have a lower stipend for living costs because of their substantially higher fees. Please check the level of fees on the
online postgraduate prospectus.
