اینکه شما waive کردید یک حالت خاص هست و در بیشتر موارد دانشجویان به LOR ها دسترسی ندارند و به همین دلیل شما به سادگی می تونید اشاره کنید که شما اصلا این نامه ها رو ندیدید و در اختیار ندارید. در مورد CV به هر حال بهتر هست یک رزومه ای وجود داشته باشه ولی لزوما نیاز نیست خیلی جزئی باشه. SOP بیشتر مخصوص دانشگاه هست و در اون بیشتر به اهداف تحصیلی پرداخته میشه اون چیزی که سفارت دنبالش هست بیشتر POT یا همون Purpose of Travel هست که البته خیلی ها اینها رو به جای هم در نظر می گیرند چون در SOP هم به هر حال به شکلی به هدف سفر اشاره میشه ولی منظور این هست که خیلی اون قسمت های ریز علمی رو نیاز نیست در هدف از سفر آورد. این مواردی که در متن زیر به رنگ قرمز در آوردم اصلی ترین چیزهایی است که سفارت آنکارا به اونها نیاز خواهد داشت بقیه موارد تا حد زیادی اختیاری هستند و نداشتن اونها خیلی مهم نیست. در مورد بقیه سفارت ها اطلاع زیادی ندارم اگر مدرک خاصی بخواهند ولی بعید می دانم هیچ کدام LOR بخواهند چون همونطور که در بالا هم گفتم در حالت عادی دانشجویان به این نامه ها دسترسی ندارند و در موارد زیادی هم اینها آنلاین پر شده اند. به عبارتی فقط مواردی را که در حالت عادی به اونها دسترسی وجود داره و تهیه اونها زحمت زیادی نمی برد رو با خودتون ببرید.

This e-mail will help you prepare for your visa interview. Paying careful attention to this e-mail will help you avoid delays, reduce the time you spend waiting for your visa and significantly reduce the chance of losing your appointment because of incorrect or incomplete documentation.
Please go through the detailed list of documentation you will need to submit on the day of your interview:
Important Note: Each applicant must submit the following required documents (including minors). Applicants applying for a specific trip purpose (e.g. student, temporary worker) must bring the additional document required for the visa type. Original documents must be submitted. Photocopies will not be accepted.
- A valid passport that is valid at least six months beyond your planned entry in the U.S. In addition applicants who hold expired passports should also bring to the interview.
- If you do not hold Turkish passport check www.travel.state.gov for minimum validity requirements for all other nationalities.
- All applicants, regardless of age, must complete the electronic Form DS-160 prior to the visa interview. Form DS-160 is accessible at https://ceac.state.gov/genniv. Upon completion of the DS-160 Form, you must print the confirmation page that includes the bar code to bring to the visa interview. Please note: even if you successfully upload a photograph you must still bring a photograph with you to your appointment.
- One 5 x 5cm Photograph taken within the last 6 months. The photograph must meet the following requirements: face must be facing the camera, white background, ears exposed, glasses cannot cause a glare or be shaded dark, head coverings are not permitted (unless worn for religious reasons).
- Proof of Payment, non-refundable visa application fee for each applicant regardless of age. An original receipt from the bank must be submitted with each visa application as proof of payment. Payment must made at any branch of TEB (Turk Ekonomi Bank) in Turkey. This is a regulation of the U. S. Government and is noted on the application forms and information sheets.
- Nonimmigrant Visa Application Fees to Change
- The new fees are scheduled to go into effect on Apr 13[sup]th[/sup], 2012. Applicants will be charged the fee in effect on the day of payment. For fees that are increasing, receipts for payments made prior to the fee changes will be accepted for 90 days after the fee takes effect, or through July 12, 2012. Although these receipts will continue to be valid for the usual one year from the date of issuance, after July 12[sup]th[/sup] applicants will have to pay the difference to match the new visa application fees. Please be informed that MRV fees are paid at TEB bank and only original customer copy of MRV receipts accepted.
- Visa application fees are:
- US$160 for all Visa types including Tourist, Business, Student, Exchange Visitor, Crew and Journalist ( B,C,D,F,I,J,M) excluding those mentioned below
- US$190 for all Temporary Worker Petition Based Visas: H, L, O, P, Q, and R
- US$270 for Treaty Trader / Treaty Investor Visas: E1 and E2
- A, G and NATO type visa applicants should not pay the fee.
- Nationals of certain countries, or recipients of certain types of visas, are required to pay visa issuance fees, called "Reciprocity Fees," in addition to the mandatory visa application fee. Applicants will be advised whenever such fees are due. Please view the following Website www.travel.state.gov for further information. Turkish and Iranian citizens do not pay the Reciprocity fee.
- Submit documentation showing purpose of your trip to the U.S. and ties to your home country and ability to pay for the trip. The Consular Officer will review the documents supporting your visa application. The documents do not guarantee approval for visa issuance.
- Convincing documents to show sufficient funds to cover all expenses in the U.S.
- Third Country Nationals residing in Turkey must document their legal status.
- Iranian Citizens must present their original national ID card called "Shenas Nameh".
