سلام دوستان،
اگه کنفرانسی اعلام کنه که تمامی مقالات پذیرفته شده در آن، در

sciencedirect
و
Thomson Reuters به صورت open-access نمایه میشه، کنفرانس معتبری محسوب میشه؟ اصلاً میشه اینجوری تشخیص داد؟ مقالات این کنفرانس جزو مقالات ISI محسوب میشن؟ یا چون کنفرانسی هستن ISI محسوب نمیشن؟
