دوستان لطفا راهنماییم کنید دقیقا منظور این جملات چیه؟
Official academic records must arrive in a sealed envelope from the secondary institution(s) or the Ministry of Education. For secondary studies completed after 1998, please submit the Transcripts for the 3 years of secondary education and the 1 year of pre-university studies. Also submit the Certificate of Completion of Secondary Education and the Pre-University Certificate, issued by the Ministry of Education. For secondary studies completed before 1998, please submit Transcripts for all 4 years of study and the Certificate of Completion of Secondary Education, issued by the Ministry of Education. All supporting documents must be ORIGINAL, OFFICIAL academic records issued in English and/or in the native language(s). Professional English translations will be required for documents in the native language
یعنی مدارک قبل از دانشگاه رو می خواد..!؟
