من با یک استاد در حال مکاتبه هستم.ایشون به من offer دادن واسه phd.از اونجا که بنده مشمول هستم و تا 2 ماه دیگه در مقطع کارشناسی ارشد فارغ التحصیل میشم بنده به ایشون گفتم که میتونم ترجمه ریز نمراتم رو فعلا بفرستم چون هنوز فارغ التحصیل نشدم و ایشون پاسخ دادن شما وقتی فارغ التحصیل شدی همه مدارک رو برای من بفرست.حالا میخواستم ببینم من به ایشون چی بگم؟چطور بگم که در ایران مشکل سربازی وجود داره و اصل مدرک رو نمیدن.از دوستان خواهش میکنم یه متن واسه من بذارن.

As you asked me to apply with official transcripts I have to state that, in here things work very differently from USA. In Iran boys have mandatory military service that they have to serve. For this reason I cannot ask for my official transcript unless, I serve this military service (2 years period) or I have admission form a domestic or foreign university. The unofficial documents are just for review purpos and upon getting primitive admission I can retrieve my official transcript and submit them for registration process. I would be really appreciated if you could help me through this dilemma, otherwise, I might loose the perfect opportunity you and your university provide me.
