سلام دوستان
الان برام از موسسه TYS افر خونه رسید! تاریخ ورود را 1 اگست زده بودم الان سه هفته زودتر افرم رسید ! خونه سینگل در استیودنت ویلج غربی بهم دادن ماهی 268 یورو! 
در ضمن برای قبول افر باید 300 یورو دپوزیت بپردازم هنوز نرفته و ویزا نگرفته! اگه دوستان سالهای بعد به این نکته رسیدن تعجب نکنید!
بلافاصله که ایمیل می دن باید برین در سایتشون و گزینه قبول افر را بزنید تا برای شما افر رسمی بیاد بعد شماره حساب و ددلاین می دن که اونم 4 روز هست!
این متن ایمیل اولی شون هست:

Dear SAAAAAM. You have applied for an apartment from TYS, housing
application nr. 111111. We have made you a housing offer of 20540 TURKU I VAIHE / 2 A YO-KYLÄ xxxxxx. The lease begins 01.08.2014.

The housing offer can be accepted or rejected in TYSKampus through the link enclosed. You have got the username and password to TYSKampus after saving the housing application. If you accept this offer the confirmation is always binding. After that the lease agreement can be terminated only with an official notice time, according to the Rent Restriction Act on rental apartments. Please note that after two possible housing offers (two offers are not guaranteed) the application is not valid anymore. Remember to cancel your lease to your current apartment, so that you don't have to pay rent for both apartments. If you transfer from one TYS apartment to another, the previous contract will end automatically when the new startstt.
If you don't need an apartment from TYS anymore, please delete your housing application from TYSKampus. If you reject an offer and still would like to be on the queue for some other apartment please contact the Housing Office.
NB! Admission fee of 60 € applied when the lease for less than one year and are a fixed-term contract. When changing from one TYS apartment to another there is a transfer fee of 34 €.

You can see your contract information at TYSKampus: https://www.tyscampus.fi/loginTenant.aspx
You can find the invoice from TYSKampus under Invoices (double click the red number and open it in full pdf-file). Please arrange/make the payment with your bank/e-bank. If you have questions concerning payments please contact the rent secretary about it (vuokrat@tys.fi). The payments will be updated to TYSKampus with some delay after your payment has arrived to TYS's bank account.
Please bring a certificate of your studies, your ID card and a receipt of the payment with you when you come to sign the contract. More information about leases: http://www.tys.fi/en/rental-agreement-and-term-lease. If you are changing from one TYS apartment to another please remember to also pay the transfer fee.
