درسته، تا اونجا که من دیدم تو بخش instruction ژورنال صحبتی از هزینه نبود جز حالتی که خود نویسنده حالت open access رو درخواست کنه. ظاهرا که تازه به فکر افتادن که چنین هزینه ای بگیرن.
