با سلام، نتیجه MRI من بصورت زیر هست آیا میتونم برای معافیت اقدام کنم؟
-MMultilevel disk dehydration and spondylotic changes are noted
-Central and right paracentral disk protrusion is noted at L5-S1 levell.
-Right foraminal narrowing is seen at L5-S1 level.
-Central disk protrusion, with thecal sac compression is seen at L1-L2 level
- Central disk protrusion is also seen at T12-L1
-Canal stenosis is seen at L1-L2 level
-Bone marrow signal is normal
بعد اینکه توی آیین نامه نوشته "انواع هرني ديسكال با علايم كلينيكي و راديولوژي" ، علایم کلینیکی و رادیولوژی چیه هست دقیقا؟
