در این مورد وقتی ارجاع میدن به منشی و مسئول آموزشی اون دپارتمان و اونها هم فایل پی دی اف-letter from the Director of Graduate Studies - رو می فرستن، میشه بحث فاند رو مطرح کرد؟اصلا درسته ای میل بازی رو ادامه داد یا همونطور که اشاره کردن فایل رو فرستاد و اپلای کرد؟
جواب استاد که خودش هم چزو Administrative Staff دپارتمان مربوطه هست اینه:
We are always looking for good students....am cc'ing our Assistant to the Director of Graduate Studies who will forward you information about our program.

Admissions to our program are competitive--we will evaluate your application in the context of all the other applications. Consequently, we cannot evaluate elements of your application at this time but I strongly encourage you to apply to our program.
