با توجه به اینکه در مهره های L5-S1 اشاره شده که Disk Herniation وجود داره می تونید با بند 2 از بخش ششم آیین نامه معافبت پزشکی معاف بشین.

دوستان من میخام اقدام کنم برای معافیت پزشکی
من دو سه سال پیش یه MRI گرفتم که توی گزارشش نوشته
there is degenerative changes as loss of disc signal, narrowing of joint space associated with disc herniation at L5-S1 level as centeral& left foraminal
l4-l5& l3-l4 level disc bulging are seen
other level are normal
lower thoracic cord, conus medullaris and cauda equina seem normal
CON: L5-S1 disc herniation (centeral& leftforaminal)
