برداشت شما از جمله ی آخر چیه؟
آیا تازه بعد از نوشتن یه ریسرچ پروپوزال و هماهنگی بودنش با یه استاد میشه برای دانشگاه های استرالیا اقدام کرد؟معمولا اینجوریه؟

Applications are assessed centrally .
I suggest that you contact me again around July 2012 so we can put a brief research proposal together to submit with your application
