The documents listed below are required to complete your application for permanent residence in Canada:
- Record of the contribution made by your employer to the Social Security Organization of Iran (SSO) from 2010 to the end of 2014,
- your pay slips since October 2014,
- list of employees of this employer as declared to Social Security Organization of Iran,
- explanation concerning your spouse's employment for the same employer: what were her tasks, duties and responsibilities.
- the reasons why she has stopped working,
- your past 3 bank statements showing the deposit of your salaries, and,
- a detailed and updated copy of your Curriculum Vitae (CV or resume) bearing information about your employer, your responsibilities and also information about your education.
Please send these documents to us as soon as possible, with this message, by postal mail to the address above. We will update your file but not acknowledge receipt. We will contact you when it is necessary.
All communication with our section must be in English or French, Canada's two official languages. You must attach a translation, done by a professional translator, of any document not already in English or French.
Please not make case status enquiries for the next 4 months, as our resources are devoted to case processing and we will not be able to answer routine enquiries.
However, please do advise us if there is a change in your personal circumstances, such as the birth of a child, a marriage or divorce.
You must also inform us of a:
● Change of address, including change of e-mail address;
● Change of immigration representative. You must include a completed and signed Use of a Representative form (IMM5476E). You can find the form at http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/fo...M5476E.pdf
● Request for withdrawal of your application.

If we do not receive these documents within 30 daysyour application will be examined on the basis of the material available. This could result in the refusal of your application.
