First of all let me apologize for the long delay in responding to your inquiry.
I am quite impressed by your accomplishments and would love to have you as a graduate student in our Master of Engineering degree program only. We offer a option in Power Systems under the Electrical Engineering concentration of the Master of Engineering Degree program. At present the number of students in Power area is limited but is growing because of increased interest in Smart Grid.
We also offer a M.S. and a Ph.D. degree in Computer and Information Systems Engineering (CISE). The Ph.D. program offers concentrations in Computer Communication and Networks, Control Systems and Signal Processing, and Robotics and Computer Aided Manufacturing. However, there is no concentration in power systems under the Ph.D. in CISE program.
I am sending attached steps to apply for admission at XSU and hope you review our program offerings at www.xxxx.eduunder the graduate school. Our systems engineering based M.S. and Ph.D. programs are unique and attractive and we have about 22 students in each program at present.
