سوالات پیرامون submit مقالات در ژورنال ها

سلام
دوستان من به یکی از ژورنال ها مقاله ای فرستاده بودم که رد کرده.توضیحاتی که داده متوجه نمیشم که به چه دلیل مقاله رو رد کرده .ایراد از مقاله م بوده؟
I am very sorry to have to inform you that we are unable to accept your manuscript for publication.

This decision is based on the editorsā?T/refereesā?T evaluation in addition to other factors such as journals priority, number of pending manuscripts, similar manuscripts in review or accepted for publication, page constraints, readership of the journal, etc.

I appreciate the fact that you have considered journal for the publication of your work. I regret that the decision on this particular manuscript is a negative one. I hope that you will understand that, as our journal receives many more manuscripts than we can publish we can only accept about one in four of the many interesting submissions

نه دوست من مقاله شما هیچ ایرادی نداره . نوشته که مقاله های دریافتی ما خیللی زیاده و برای همین مجبورین از بین اونا تعداد
محدودی را برای چاپ در نظر بگیریم. در ضمن یک جا هم ارزش مقاله شما رو تحسین کرده. 
شما بهتره به یه مجله دیگه که سطحش یکم پایین تر اینه بفرستین.
