قبل از تماس گرفتن با هر استادي بهتر اول تاريخ هاي مهم اون دانشگاه (بخصوص application deadlines) رو پيدا كنيد. موقع نوشتن نامه هم در coverletter مشخص كنيد كه براي چه ترم و سالي مي خواهيد بريد اون دانشگاه.
