سلام دوستان من امروز برای وقت سفارت ایمیل زدم هر ۶ مورد که برای درخواست باید می‌نوشتم رو صحیح زدم این برام اومده می‌شه راهنماییم کنید
 

Appointments for visa applicants scheduled to travel within 3 months can be asked
for via TEH-APP@minbuza.nl
 
Due to the high number of requests, we cannot accommodate appointment requests at short notice.
 
Please send an e-mail (in English) with :
1. date of your scheduled travel
2. purpose of your scheduled visit (visit to family/friends – business visa – tourist visa)
3. family name
4. given names

6. telephone number where you can be reached

For your information:
- If the requested information (number 1-6) is not complete, you will NOT receive an appointment date and time.
- The appointment date and time that you will receive can NOT be changed. Please mention preferred dates for your appointment in your e-mail message.

If you want to make an appointment for MVV, Dutch travel documents, consular statements, legalizations please send an e-mail (in English) to TEH-APP@minbuza.nl with :
