This letter of recommendation is to certify that the prospect student, Mr. A..B is highly eligible to pursue his education as a PhD student. I have known him for 6 years as his teacher for different courses in undergraduate studies and his Master thesis supervisor. Observing his active participation and interaction in the classes and his great ability to express and organize himself clearly made a positive image of Akbar in my mind.

It is worth to mention that after his success in passing nationwide M.Sc program entrance exam and all his great personal and academic features, I agreed eagerly with his request to be his supervisor. During doing researches in my laboratory for his Thesis with title of evaluation of bread making properties of spray dried sourdough, I well noticed that he is an exceptional, incredible and practical student. He is creative in problem solving and removing the limitations. His great passion for working with new designed and built spray-drier which had some technical problems at first phase and working extra hours over the summer strongly impressed me. The conclusion of his hard efforts was publishing three valuable papers.
Furthermore, his interest in his major and great eagerness for learning was praiseworthy and made me agree with him become my teaching research assistant in my laboratory during his thesis research for about six months. He properly used this opportunity and improved his theoretical knowledge and practical skills. During his time in my lab He was one of my best students and I believe that his overall intelligence, analytical skills, research abilities and his great teamwork make his an excellent candidate for your Food science & Technology program.
