As you mentioned that you have got so many certificate to related to your major but it is essential when you will apply for work procedure especially in Qatar or Emerates should show your ability to your manager how much can you afford on that job. it means your work experiance will indicate your ability and talent on that posotion. I guess, you have no chance to apply for that
