ببخشید یه سوال هم داشتم.توی چک لیست مدارک لازم منظور از این پاراگراف

municipality. This form is available at Dutch municipalities or on their website.) همون فرمهایی هست که میزبان به عنوان دعوت نامه پر کرده و امضا شده ؟؟؟
و فرم دخترم رو والدین هردو باید امضا کنن؟؟یا سرپرست کافیه؟؟
