دوستان یه استاد این جواب رو ب من دادن من چطور میشه بگم که میتونه منو برا ترم  بعد پذیرش کنه چون من بدون فاند نمیتونم اقدام  کنم.

Thank you for your email and interest in pursuing higher degree at RMIT. From an administrative point, are you planning to apply for a scholarship? The reason I ask this question is that it is exactly 3 weeks before the closing date of all RMIT scholarship applications (31/10). It is quite unlikely that you can submit your scholarship application before this date. This is becasue you need to secure an offer for PhD admission before you can apply for a scholarship and the admission procedure (including assessment) for Iranian students usually take 4-6 weeks. However, if you are self-funded, we have more time to defining an interesting topic for your PhD degree. Let me know your plan.

I am both a professor with a research program (which is why you wrote me) but also for my entire department of 20 professors, I work on admission of graduate students to our programs. Therefore I will divide my answer into two parts. 

As a professor doing research, I am interested in recruiting students like yourself. So thank you for writing. 

As one of two Graduate Admissions Advisors for my department, I am also interested in recruiting. Admissions here and at many US universities is done through the university admissions office, not the individual professor.  I encourage you to apply to our PhD program. We have two ways to enter. The most common way is to apply to our MS or MA program, enter first uni , start research for the PhD, then apply to the PhD program and continue. Students like yourself follow this path even with a prior MSc. That sounds odd but it is not, because in year 1 you are working on your PhD project, then in year 2 you continue research but take classes at second uni, then in years 3 and 4 and maybe 5 or 6 you are back at first uni just doing research and finishing your PhD. Probably the minimum time to accomplish everything is 4 years, but 5 or 6 years is common - it depends on you the student and your project and your advisor. 

In summary, I encourage you to submit your application to our program so that we (Graduate Committee) may see the whole package.

این نوعش رو ندیده بودیم که قسمت شد، یعنی چی برای ارشد ثبت نام کند بعد پروژه دکتری بردار و سال 4 و 5 و 6 دوباره برگرد دانشگاه و غیره ؟!

مگر برای ارشد فاند در نظر گرفته شده؟ دیروز یک وب‌سایت را نگاه می‌کردم خیلی محترمانه نوشته شده بود اگر لیسانس دارید، هم می‌توانید برای ارشد ثبت نام کنید و هم برای دکتری مستقیم (برای افرادی که علاقه بیشتری به درس دارند)، اینکه شما ارشد بخونید و پروژه دکتری داشته باشید بی‌معنی هستش، فاند این وسط چطور می‌خواد برای شما تعریف بشه؟
به نظر من از خیر این دانشگاه بگذرید، هرچند شاید دیگران نظر دیگری داشته باشند.

خیلی محترمانه اعلام کنید که بدون فاند امکان اینکه ادامه تحصیل بدهید برای شما وجود ندارد و اگر امکان دارد شما را در لیست رزو ترم بعد قرار دهند.
ضمنا به چه دلیلی برسی دانشجوهای ایرانی به 6 هفته زمان نیاز دارد، بهانه ‌های جدید اضافه شده است، به هر حال در وب‌سایت 6 هفته اعلام شده و نه 3 هفته، این بحث ایرانی‌ها به 6 هفته نیاز دارند نیز به دلایل نامعلومی عنوان شده،
به نظر من اول اعلام کنید که اگر 4 هفته زمان نیاز دارد و 3 هفته زمان باقی مانده است، برای شما استثنا قائل شوند، 7 روز زمان بخرید نه اینکه برای سال بعد اقدام کنید.

As a side note, we were able to bring in a student from Iran this year, so it appears that we can get students here despite the US President’s "travel ban.”

2-Thank you for your interest in joining my research group at .... I see that you have good M.S. credentials and good test scores. It means you may have very good chances to be admitted for graduate studies at the X if you apply for admission to our graduate program in ..... In turn, I would be happy to have in my group a motivated and well-prepared student like yourself. 
Please note that in the US students should first apply to the program, and you should follow the accepted process. By the end of the first semester of their study in the program students apply to join individual faculty research groups.

مرسی بخاطر راهنماییتون اینکه میگن 4 - 6 هفته بررسی نیاز داره یعنی برا ایرانیا شرایط رو سختتر میکنن؟ اگه به فرض برا لیست رزو ترم بعد قبول کنن یا با دادن فاند موافقت کنن میافته برا سال بعد یا ترم بعد؟ یه راهنمایی هم در مورد روند پذیرش دانشگاهای استرالیایی میخواستم بپرسم که معمولا اسکولارشیب دانشگاهاشون برا ترم اول و دوم از چه زمان شروع میشه و برا هر ترم از کی میتونیم با اساتید مکاتبه کنیم و میزان گرفتن  فاند توی کدوم ترم بیشتره ممنون میشم اگه راهنمایی کنید

نه خانم، طبق اعلام دانشگاه، روال عادی 6 هفته است، اطلاع ندارم چرا کلمه ایرانی در آن جمله قرار گرفته است.
اعلام کردم برای سال بعد خواهد بود.

من اطلاعات بسیار محدودی برای استرالیا دارم (مخصوصا در ارتباط با کمک هزینه‌ها)، تاپیک‌های زیر را مطالعه کنید و سوال خود را در آن‌ها بپرسید.

من ایمیل زیر رو  در جواب نامه ای که به یکی از اساتید دانشگاه مک گیل فرستاده بودم، دریافت کردم:

I might have positions available for Fall 2018 and your profile seems appropriate.

I will know if funding is available by the end of Jan 2018 and even more sure by April 2018.

If you email me then we can discuss possibilities

اما چون ددلاین برای اپلای 31 ام بود، ضمن تشکر ازش و گفتن اینکه حتما اونموقع بهش ایمیل می زنم، بهش گفتم چون ددلاین آخر ژانویه است و یکی از شرایط پذیرش اینه که یکی از استادای دانشکده شما رو پذیرفته باشه، آیا من اپلای کنم یا نه؟ در جواب گفته
This is your decision. I cannot assure that I will have funding because I do not know. People normally apply and then decide once the funding situation is clear.
بنظرتون با این حواب، شروع کنم استادای دیگه ی این دانشکده مکاتبه داشته باشم؟ یکم گیجم، نمیدونم الان یعنی اگر اپلای کنم، دانشگاه با این وضع این استاد، در مورد من چه تصمیمی میگیره؟
